One megawatt per site

A 40-foot container sized to an existing commercial service — an ordinary new-service request to the distribution utility rather than a large-load tariff. Later tranches are planned into the site from day one.

Power where the grid is the bottleneck

Solar and storage behind the meter, a power island where the feeder cannot carry the load, and high-power charging for fleets and guests as part of the same site plan.

Heat has somewhere to go

Hotels use hot water all day. Recovered heat from the block displaces purchased gas — the same return a campus gets, at building scale.

Portfolio, not one-off

Standardised module, control logic and permitting playbook, so the second site executes on adherence rather than renegotiation, with capacity portable across the portfolio.
