From first cohort to running system.
The gap is not ambition. It is access, awareness and trust. We start with training because it is where state funding exists and where the people who will use the systems are brought along — then we assess what the organisation can actually absorb, and build from that.

Dated, timed sessions with a named instructor of record, attendance captured per class, and invoices that separate training fees from anything non-reimbursable.
Apply before you train
Pre-approval must be in place before the first session runs. Training already delivered generally cannot be claimed — this is the single most common reason employers miss out.
Eligibility, reimbursement rates and deadlines are set by the administering body and change from one grant year to the next. How the funding works.
Three tiers. Non-credit. Weeks, not semesters.
Credit programmes reach students. The people who need this most are already in work — adults in back-office roles who cannot leave a job for a semester — so the ladder runs from universal fluency to the person who will own AI adoption at a mid-size employer. Every rung stacks into the institution’s existing credentials.
Proposed structure; contact hours and assessment design are set jointly with the delivering institution. Nine role tracks in tier two: supply chain, healthcare administration, manufacturing operations, professional services, business operations, finance operations, sales operations, legal operations, AI output assurance.
Organisations that start at “build” end up with a pilot nobody adopts.
The people who would use it were never brought along, and nobody established whether the data supported it. Starting at training is slower for a month and faster for a year. It is also the stage where grant funding is available, which changes the economics of everything after it — and it is why the assessment is bundled with training rather than sold on its own.
Train — weeks, not semesters
Non-credit cohorts drawn from one employer or one sector, taught on your own documents and workflows. Dated, timed sessions with a named instructor and completion certificates, structured to fit state training-grant rules.
Tracks that exist because the jobs do
Supply chain and logistics · healthcare administration · manufacturing operations · professional services · business and administrative operations · finance and accounting · sales and customer operations · legal and contract operations · AI output assurance · AI for IT operations.
Assess — a scorecard, then a roadmap
On-site mapping of workflows, data and tooling. A readiness score across five dimensions and a roadmap of three to five projects ranked by return and by how hard they are — including the ones we recommend against.
Build & Operate — on compute you can point at
Applications, agents and workflow automation built from the roadmap and run by us as a managed service. Where residency or procurement rules require it, on compute inside your own state.
Check your eligibility
Headcount, locations and the roles you want trained. We map a cohort plan and walk you through the current funding position before you commit to dates.
