Subscription solar on qualifying parcels — origination, interconnection strategy, permitting and site control through to a project that meets the in-development test.

Standalone and co-located battery storage in incentive-rich states. 250 MW / 1 GWh in development today.

High-power charging

Truck and fleet charging where the power requirement outruns the feeder — sited with storage and on-site generation so the depot does not wait on a substation.

Smart-grid & off-grid

Islanded and grid-parallel systems for sites the grid cannot serve on the timeline the site needs — controls, storage and generation designed as one system.

Power islands

Solid-oxide fuel cells or linear generators with storage, sited with the load: firm power in months, no interconnection queue, recovered heat and water.

Institutional solar

Behind-the-meter solar for campuses, hotels and distributed portfolios, developed alongside the compute and storage they will serve.

Development

Interconnection, permitting and site control taken through to a project that meets the in-development test — land qualifies, permits obtainable, interconnection applied for, no major red flags.

Handed over, not retained

Projects are delivered to the client. We are not an operator and do not hold energy assets long term.

What the stage words mean

These are used loosely across the industry. Here is exactly what we mean by each, so there is nothing to interpret.

Pre-development
Land assessment, local permits and early interconnection work — establishing whether a project is real before anyone commits development capital.
In development
Land qualifies. Permits are obtainable. Interconnection has been applied for. Environmental study applied for or approvable. No major red flags.
Developed
Built and sold, or acquired by a fund. Finished, not in progress.
